Located in Southern California, SalesForce(s).org is the SalesForce.com consulting arm of StartGroup.org, which has been helping small businesses achieve their goals, cut costs and maximize revenues through proven frameworks and experienced people. Our mission is to serve our clients with complete objectivity and integrity in overcoming the unique hurdles that face small businesses today. This is done while implementing high impact solutions maintaining a low risk strategy.

Here at SalesForce(s).org, we have chosen to develop strictly on the SalesForce.com platform because of its stability, usefulness, and the support that comes with their packages. Over the years, many of our clients have asked us to personally manage their accounts. As of 2010, we have made a career out of supporting SalesForce.com and their products.

1. SalesForce.com Administation: Maintaining the account administration of our clients. This includes everything from User Management; Field Creation; Form Management; Lead Tracking; Report Building; Object Management; Layout Management; even Custom Coding. All of this for a small monthly fee starting at only $99 per month!
2. SalesForce.com Setup & Migration: Setting up the layout and modules to fit the current business model of our customers. This includes the data migration from other CMS’s such as ACT!, Goldmine, even FileMaker. Often this requires some “creative thinking” and custom fields. However, it is never as drastic as some fear. The change can be made quiet painlessly.
3. SalesForce.com Customization & Modification: As many of our clients have grown over the years, often they release new products and services that are best tracked through SalesForce.com. We have a special programming team which concentrates on custom API’s, modules, and objects to best match the needs of our clients.
4. SalesForce.com Implementation (Operations): This is a tough one for any company to tackle. You can invent, create and develop the best system in the world. However if your staff will not use the system, it is worthless. This is when we often bring in the team at StartGroup.org to assist. StartGroup has the experience and ability to not only manage the implementation, but also the mentalities of the staff to best assure that the new CRM or protocol is adhered to.
