Our services are simple. We assign a dedicated SalesForce.com administrator to manage your account. You assign the duties that this administrator is responsible for, such as: User Management; Field Creation; Form Management; Lead Tracking; Report Building; Object Management; Layout Management; even Custom Coding. All of this for a small monthly fee starting at only $99 per month!
Each package comes with a set amount of hours included. However, each task is not calculated at a minimum time increment therefore there is no limit to the amount of tasks that can be “crammed” in. For example, a user update can take less then a minute, therefore if all you do is user updates such as activations and deactivations, on the Basic package you could have over 90 of these done per month. Or for example, a field creation can take less then 30 seconds if there is not any advanced formulas, therefore you could have over 180 fields created in a single month without an additional charge.
